The Jung Process Systems HYGHSPIN Flexible twin screw pump is the basic model of the world-renowned pumps made of high-grade stainless steel. Whether aqueous, highly viscous, particulate, fibrous or gaseous, the HYGHSPIN Flexible is suitable for flowing products of almost any consistency and is therefore highly efficient. The twin-screw pump in particular impresses with its high suction capacity and gentle handling of all liquid products at a flow rate of up to 300 m3/h. What's more, there is no need for an additional pump for cleaning the SIP, so you will save considerable time and costs thanks to reduced maintenance costs and expenses, as this is guaranteed.

The HYGHSPIN twin screw pump is extremely flexible and is available as a block or free shaft design.

The HYGHSPIN Flexible twin screw pumps are available in sizes 50, 70, 90 and 125. The maximum product flow rate is around 300 m³/h. The pressure can be up to 35 bar.
