General characteristics of a monoblock pump:

The centrifugal pumps of the ECO series are designed to handle the most abrasive liquids. They are equipped with mechanical fittings that meet the requirements of industry and high technology. These pumps complement the HMP series with a total of 100,000 pumps installed.

Materials of construction of the working part of a chemical monoblock pump:

The hydraulic part is made entirely of heavy-gauge plastic parts.
Materials used: PP or PP-EL polypropylene for ATEX standards.
Mechanical seal silicone carbide/silicone carbide or silicone carbide/carbon.

Advantages of monoblock pumps:

  • New hydraulics for high performance
  • Pump-motor coupling for easy dismantling after years of operation in corrosive environments
  • Semi-open wheel for pumping slightly turbid liquids
  • Easy maintenance: the same fittings for the entire product range
  • Rigid mounting without adjustment

ATEX compliance:

ECO pumps are available with ATEX 94/9/CE certification.
Voluntary certification INERIS 04 ATEX 3008X

Examples of installation of the ECO chemical monoblock pump with filling tank:

FILL TANK:

The ECO series pumps are centrifugal monoblock horizontal pumps designed for installation under load. They can be fitted with a priming tank on the inlet, which is specially designed for very heavy duty applications.

Engines:

The ECO pumps are equipped with standardised motors (compliant with EU regulations) with an output of 2.2 to 18.5 kW and a speed of 1450 and 2900 rpm.

Operation:

  • Devices for surface treatment
  • Waste water pumping
  • Particularly well suited for gas flushing applications
  • Deodorisation devices
  • Removal and pumping of all acidic or alkaline liquids
  • Sea water for aquariums and thalassotherapy
