Double flow, hygienic design

The HYGHSPIN Double Flow extends the range of the HYGHSPIN series for high differential pressures up to 50 bar, which in turn offers advantages in high-pressure applications.

The HYGHSPIN Double Flow is a stainless steel double screw pump with two inlet connections and one central outlet connection. A double-sided bearing regulates the deflection of the shaft. Axial displacement caused by high pressure is compensated internally. The shaft seals are located on the suction side. This means that all the main components are only lightly loaded despite the high pressure drops, resulting in increased reliability and excellent longevity. The simultaneous use of two stages also makes it possible to transfer a high flow rate.

HYGHSPIN Double Flow is available in sizes 90 and 125. The maximum flow rate is approx. 100 m³/h. Differential pressure up to 50 bar.
