Packo's IFF2 series pumps are standard single-stage centrifugal pumps with a slightly larger casing than the standard FP2 series. This allows liquids with large mechanical impurities (solids) to be transported freely through the pump.
The VDVM series of vortex impeller pumps and the VDKM series of channel impeller pumps are basic stainless steel pumps designed for gentle handling of easily damaged, fibre-containing and rough inclusions. These pumps are most commonly used for transporting vegetables, fruit, shrimp, etc. The VDKK series pumps are ideally suited for the transport of potato tubers.
Vortex pump VDKM
The VDKM series pump is specially designed for the gentle conveying of mechanical particles in a flow. It is most commonly used for transporting vegetables, fruits, shrimps, shellfish, wastewater (including leather industry), foam dyes, offal (meat industry), etc.
Materials: All parts in contact with the pumped medium are made of stainless steel.
The IFF series pumps (with vortex impeller) are based on the ICP series. Application area: pumping liquids with a large number of large particles or long fibre materials.
